Class Description:
Join your Hy-Vee dietitian and chef in our dining room for a cooking demonstration class focused on health. During the class, your dietitian, Alyssa, will provide you with up-to-date nutrition advice and show you how it can translate it to your kitchen table with the help of Chef Kris to demonstrate how to prepare a delicious diabetic-friendly meal. During the demonstration, you will have a chance to taste all the recipes and be given copies of the recipes to take home and share with your family and friends.
Menu: Pork Roulade with Polenta Stuffing and Reduction Sauce, Sautéed Asparagus Spears, Fairlife milk and Mixed Berries with Cream.
To Attend: Register at the 70th & Pioneers Hy-Vee customer service counter OR online. *Pre-pay at Customer Service at least 24 hours in advance to save your spot.
*A minimum of 6 registered and pre-paid participants is required for the class to run.
