Pressure Cooker Basics

Learn how you can speed up your time in the kitchen using a pressure cooker. You may even have one, but are uncertain of how to use it safely. Join us for this session to learn about the basic techniques for using a pressure cooker. We will demonstrate making rice, dried beans, potatoes and a whole chicken. Our Indian cuisine chef, Shelina, will be teaching this class. $15 per person; please pay at Customer Service.
