Ancient Grains Cooking Class

Quinoa, millet, faro, oh my! You've seen them on the shelves and in the media, but how do you prepare them? How do they taste? Dietitian Kimberly Proctor will answer these questions and more in a cooking class featuring ancient grains. Recipes, pairings and generous samples will be provided. Cost is $10 per person.
