Cooking 101: Knife Skills

Sharpen your culinary technique with a knife skills class taught by our very own Chef Daniel Hayes!  You'll slice, dice and julienne your way to recipe perfection.  Class fee is $30 and includes a chef-approved knife and cutting board, hands-on learning and plenty of individual instruction.  Class will fill quickly.  Please register online or call Customer Service at (319) 365-4623 to reserve your spot today.
