Biometric Screenings

Type: Screenings/Vaccinations

If your employer requires a biometric screening for insurance purposes, please sign up below using the Hy-Vee online registration. Biometric screenings include all of the following: comprehensive cholestrol panel, fasting blood sugar, blood pressure, heart rate, height/weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat percent and waist/hip measurements. Appointment times are available in 30-minute increments. Actual screening takes 15-20 minutes.
