Blue Zones Project Plant-Based Cooking Class

Join your Hy-Vee dietitian to learn more about the Blue Zones Project and plant slant!

On the menu: Flatbread with Goat Cheese, Apples, Pecans and Honey; Sweet Potatoes with Warm Black Bean Salad; and Citrus-Infused Berries. Class will be held in the Hamilton Hy-Vee Club Room.

The cost is $12 per person.
