Dining with the Dietitian: Go Green for National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month and what better way to celebrate than with a nutrient-rich, antioxidant-packed meal? Your Hy-Vee dietitian, Annie Ailts, will be sharing her recipes and cooking tips throughout the course of the meal.

The menu will include:

  • Massaged Kale Salad
  • Lentil Stew with Sweet Potatoes, Kale, and Sausage
  • Artisan Bread
  • Blueberry, Lemon, Poppyseed Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

In addition to being delicious and nutritious, all the menu items are also gluten free. 
Cost: $15 with wine and $12 with no wine
