Make-Ahead Freezer Meals

Are you looking to save time in the kitchen?  You will leave with 4 meals ready to place in your freezer until you need them.  Dietitian Adrienne will have all the ingredients shopped for you; all you do is come in and assemble your recipes.  We will be making Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken with Grilled Asparagus, Beef Enchilada Soup, Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli Alfredo,and Broiled Parmesan Tilapia with Skillet Sweet Potatoes. Registration at least 24 hours in advance is required; please sign up at Customer Service or online.  We will meet in our dining area.  Cost: $10 class fee plus cost of groceries for each meal.  Cost of recipes are estimated to range from $12-15 each.  Each recipe is 4-6 servings.
