Beer, Cider & Cheese Pairing Event

Location: Hy-Vee Club Room
Type: Demo/Sampling
We will be featuring 6 gourmet cheese and will pair them each with a beer or cider. Using sensory evaluation, we will learn how to first, stop and look, second, smell what we are going to taste, and then finally, taste. By slowing down and using these evaluations, you won't miss out on any of the pleasures of what these beers and ciders have to offer!
Please register at the Customer Service counter by February 24.
Cost is $25 per person or 2 for $40. Featured beer/cider will be available by the bottle, for an additional cost.
