Nutrition Addition Cooking Class

No more “low this” and “no that” - let’s talk about the great-tasting foods we should be eating. Join Kayla, your Hy-Vee dietitian, as she adds nutrient-dense ingredients to favorite everyday eats. Let’s start eating better! Participants can enter to win a National Nutrition Month reusable tote. On the menu are Cheesy Brussels Sprouts Dip, Mediterranean Cauliflower Pizza, Garlic Mashed Rutabagas and Potato and Eggplant Cake.
