Andrea, your Hy-Vee Registered Dietitian, is hosting a general nutrition education class for people who are struggling to control their diabetes.
The class will cover:
- Foods that elevate your blood glucose level
- How to carbohydrate count (Please ask your doctor how many grams of carbohydrate you should be consuming per day prior to the event.)
- Sugar alcohols and alternative sweeteners
