Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the United States for both men and women, but there are many things you can do to reduce your risk. Join your Hy-Vee dietitian, Annie Ailts, as she educates you on a heart-healthy diet while enjoying a delicious heart-healthy meal.

The menu will include Maple Salmon, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Grape and Apple Salad, and Dark Chocolate Coconut Delight Bars. In addition to being heart-healthy, all the menu items are also gluten-free.Cost: $15 with wine/$12 without wine
