Diabetes: The Basics and Beyond

Take charge of your diabetes! You’re invited to join your "O" Street Hy-Vee Diabetes Education Team for a fun and educational class. During the class, you will learn the different types of diabetes, risk factors and complications, basic diabetes management and easy meal ideas! Refreshments will be provided.
