Join Chef Mike and dietitian Ashton for a cooking class demonstrating how to prepare a healthier meal. Recipes include whole grain breakfast sandwich, super breakfast smoothie, steak and spinach salad, Italian bean and kale soup, reduced-carb pizzas and lentil stew! Participants get to taste what we prepare. Space is limited, so register today. Cost to attend the event is $5 per person.
