Take charge of your diabetes! You’re invited to join your "O" Street Hy-Vee Diabetes Education Team for a fun and educational class. During the class, you will learn the different types of diabetes, risk factors and complications, diabetes management including diet, monitoring blood sugars, physical activity and medications and easy meal ideas! Refreshments will be provided. Cost is $10 and attendees may bring 1 guest for FREE.
