Living Well Gluten-Free "Label Smarts"

We invite you to join our Living Well gluten-free group. Each month, we will be taste testing products, preparing delicious recipes, and sharing information and ideas - all about how to live well gluten-free. Everyone is welcome to join us, whether you have celiac disease, a gluten intolerance, are avoiding gluten for personal reasons or just want to learn more about a gluten-free lifestyle. These meetings are FREE and will be held at your Hy-Vee, check schedule for store location, date and time.
