Join our dietitian Nina for an exciting new class focusing on increasing vegetable intake in children.
This month, children will help make a Ruby Red Citrus Salad and Cannellini Beanie Dip.
Children will help make the recipes for the group and taste small samples.
One adult per child/family required during class.
Ages 4-10 are encouraged to attend.
Cost: $5 per child
