Make-Ahead Freezer Meals

This class is perfect for anyone looking to save time in the kitchen! You will leave with 4 meals ready to place in your freezer until you need them. Dietitian Adrienne will have all the ingredients shopped for you; all you do is come in and assemble your recipes. We will be making Spinach Lasagna, Szechuan Stir-Fry, Roasted Lemon-Garlic Chicken and Chicken Taco Chili. Registration at least 24 hours in advance is required; please sign up at Customer Service or online. We will meet in our dining area. Cost: $10 class fee plus cost of groceries for each recipe.
