Superfoods for a Better You

Make 2015 the year of your best health! Dietitian Adrienne will teach you strategies for changing your diet and will focus on tips for adding in superfoods. Superfoods are packed full of nutrients and give our bodies the best fuel. You will leave with recipes to take home and will be able to taste superfoods before you go.
