Make and Take - Freezer Meals ($30)

Luckily, with a little planning, you can still have all the benefits of a home-cooked meal without the nightly preparation. Just use your kitchen's secret weapon: the freezer. Many meals are perfect for freezing and saving for those days when you only have time for a quick reheat. Join us Saturday, January 17, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. and we’ll make it even easier. Your Hy-Vee dietitian will have all if the ingredients gathered, chopped and ready to go. All you have to do is assemble, and take them home to freeze for your next busy night! So, grab your friends to "make and take" 5 dietitian approved meals for $30! That’s $6 per meal for a family of 4!
