Join us in the Hy-Vee conference room as we explore the “how-tos” of gluten-free living. We'll examine the basics of a gluten-free diet, how to avoid cross contamination if all your household isn't gluten-free and tips for eating out. We'll sample some gluten-free baked goods and end with a store tour pointing out the gluten-free products Hy-Vee carries.
