Cooking 105 - Braising and Sauce Espagnole

Type: Cooking Class

Root beer-braised short ribs with truffled polenta and roasted root vegetables showcase tonight's class.  Maybe a little out of season but what a way to put winter behind us. 

Cost:  $25 per person

Class size is limited to 8
