Cooking 104 - Sauteing & Egg Sauces

Location: Chef's Stadium
Type: Cooking Class

 We are going to tackle the egg sauces tonight - hollandaise, bearnaise and choron, to name a few.  We will use the sauce to top our sauteed beef tenderloin served along with fresh steamed broccoli.  Doesn't get much better than this.

Cost:  $30 per person.
