Cooking 101 - Knife Cuts & Stocks/Soups

Location: Chef's Stadium
Type: Cooking Class

The first of a six-part series for the beginner to advanced home chef.

Cooking 101 will focus on several classical knife cuts and the production of basic stocks and soup.

The meal prepared will be based in the soup family: Cream - cream of mushroom /  Clear - vegetable /  Specialty - Shrimp bisque.

Class size is liimited to 8.

Cost:  $ 180 for the series of 6 or $40 per class.  Pre-registration is required.  If you are unable to attend a session, you may have someone attend in your place.
