Holiday Wine, Beer, Chocolate, and Cheese Pairing Event

Location: Hy-Vee Mall of the Bluffs Club Room
Type: Demo/Sampling
$30 per person or 2 for $50
We will feature 6 gourmet cheeses and will pair each of them with a beer, a wine and Hy-Vee's own Zoet Chocolate. Using sensory evaluation, we will learn how to first, stop and look, second, smell what we are going to taste, and third, taste. By slowing down and using these evaluations, you won't miss out on any of the pleasures these beers and wine have to offer!
