Healthy Freezer Meal Prep Night

Cost: $10 plus the cost of food

(approximately $10-15 per meal; exact amount will not be known until the night of the event; you can anticipate approximately $70-100 for all six meals)

Meals feed 4-6 people.

Time-saving way to get a healthy dinner on the table more often!

Just in time for the holidays to give meals away as a gift as well!

RULES:

1. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited to 10 people. Sign up as soon as possible.

2. You are required to order at least five of the six meal choices.

3. You are required to be there from 6-8 p.m. to help make the meals.

4. Once you are registered, your order is final. If you must cancel, notify me 24 hours ahead of time. If notice is not given, you will not be able to participate in future events.
