Mexican Dinner

All amigos and amigas, grab your sombreros and join Chef Bob as he cooks up an amazing three-course Mexican dinner.  Menu to include:

Chips with a trio of dips (Guacamole, Roasted Chile Salsa and Pineapple Mango Salsa)

Slow-Roasted Pork Carnitas Tacos

Cabbage Slaw

Spanish Rice

Cumin Black Beans

Apricot and Mascarpone Chimichanga for dessert. 

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required.  Participants must be 21 years old or older to register for a class with wine. 

Sign up at customer service or call 334-4570.  Cost $20 with wine/$17 without wine.
