Have you ever wanted to know more about cheese?

Ever wondered what some of those weird cheeses taste like?

Never had enough courage to try a stinky cheese or a robust blue cheese? What about those French bries?  Have you heard of Port Salut, Drunken Goat, Gruyere or Manchego? And what’s that chevre all about anyway?

Well, now’s your chance to answer all of those questions and more.  Your Hy-Vee on Harrison is hosting three opportunities to learn all about cheese and to taste some you might never have thought to try before.

Cost is $5 per class.
