As the holidays approach, you may find yourself feeling extra stress and consuming many festive foods. At this time of year it is especially important to know your numbers. Get a biometric screen done by your Hy-Vee dietitian. Biometric screens consist of a small finger-prick and provide you with your cholesterol, glucose and triglyceride lab results within minutes. For the most accurate results you need to fast for at least 9 hours prior to your screening. Cost is $45.00/screen.
