Join our dietitian Nina for an exciting new class focusing on increasing vegetable intake in children.
This month children will help make Raw Cauli Popcorn and Purple Veggie Eater Smoothie. Children will help make the recipes for the group and taste small samples.
One adult per child/family required during class.
Ages 4-10 are encouraged to attend.
