Did you know nearly 26 million Americans are living with diabetes? The holidays can be an especially difficult time to manage diabetes. Join your Lenexa Hy-Vee Registered Dietitian for a complimentary 20-minute store tour focused on giving you tips to stay healthy and manage blood sugars throughout the holiday season. Little changes can add up to great success in managing your diabetes while you enjoy the best of food, family and friends during the holidays. (Please meet in the Hy-Vee dining room 5 minutes prior to the scheduled store tour.) Registration is not necessary to attend the event, but please consider doing so to help estimate amount of participants.
