Diabetes Support Group Meeting - FREE

This is a group for people who have been diagnosed with diabetes, either type 1 or type 2. We will talk about tips for controlling blood sugars, offer advice to each other, and have a healthy recipe demonstration. These monthly meetings are free. Please register if you plan on joining us.
