Turkey, ham and prime rib are essential components of a holiday feast.  And, they are surprisingly easy to prepare!  In this class, Hy-Vee butcher and meat specialist Ken Owens will teach you everything you need to roast the perfect turkey, ham or prime rib.  Brining, rubs, seasonings and safety are just a few things that will be covered in class.  Dietitian Amber Groeling will be there to give tips for making your holiday both flavorful and nutritious.  You will be sure to impress your friends and family this holiday season!
