Despite the colder temperatures, there is no better time to take charge of your health. This class will focus on the best foods and lifestyle tips for weight loss. We will also discuss meal ideas and you will leave with easy recipes to try at home. Please sign up at Customer Service or online. We will meet in the 2nd floor classroom. Cost: $10 per person.
