Wine Dinner

Wine Dinner – Tuesday, October 14th 

Join Chef Bob Allen and Okoboji wine distributor, Tim Alick.  The wines that will be featured for the evening are from the Lone Birch Winery located in Yakima Valley, Washington. A perfectly paired four-course dinner along with wine will be served restaurant-style. Sit back, relax and allow your taste buds to take over.

First course: 2011 Riesling paired with Smoked Trout Salad with Grapefruit and Avocado Chermoula
Second course: 2012 Chardonnay paired with Chef Bob’s Lobster Bisque served in a bread bowl
Third course:  2011 Airfield Syrah paired with Lamb Wellington with Potato and Cauliflower Puree and Port Wine Hollandaise
Fourth course: 2012 Red Blend paired with Chocolate and Raspberry Dacquoise Cake

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required in the Wine and Spirits Department.

Time: Doors open at 6:00 p.m.  Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $35 (must be registered by Friday, October), $40 (if registered after Friday, October).
