Italian Cooking Class -Tuesday, October 7th
Join Chef Bob Allen as he tours Italy and brings your taste buds along for the ride. Menu to include Zuppa Toscana (sausage and potato soup), Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin with Risotto Milanese and Ricotta Pie for dessert. Please pre-register and pre-pay at Customer Service or by calling 334-4570. Participants must be 21 years old or older to register for a class with the wine option.
