Soups with Variety

Location: Hy-Vee Club Room

Do you love soup but are looking for a few new ways to jazz up the classics? During this class your Hy-Vee dietitian, Kayla, will show you six new variation of soup using three classic and favorite soup recipes. The classic soups she will be using are Creamy Potato Soup, Silky Tomato Soup and Black Bean Soup. The new soup variations will be Pesto Potato Soup; Onion & Gorgonzola; Chicken Chili; Curried Chickpea; Quinoa, Black Bean & Spinach; and Sweet Potato & Black Bean. You will leave this class with a whole new perspective on what to do with leftover soup!
