Gluten-Free Dinner

Whether you have celiac disease, gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy (or just want to enjoy a delicious meal), join Chef Bob and your Hy-Vee dietitian, Janine Albers, to enjoy a special, worry-free dinner with a spouse, friend or neighbor. The evening will start off with Mulligatawny Soup, followed by Walnut-Crusted Pork Chop with Roasted Autumn Vegetable Wild Rice. The night will be topped off with Carrot Cake with Bourbon Cream Cheese Frosting and Pecan Brittle for dessert. Recipes will be provided.

Cost:  $20 with wine/$17 without wine
