Join Chef Bob Allen and Val Quade from Cask and Cork for an evening of fine wine and dining! A perfectly paired five-course dinner along with wine will be served restaurant-style. Sit back, relax and allow your taste buds to take over.
First course: Ca’Momi Sauvignon Blanc paired with Citrus Jicama Salad with Mandarin Oranges, Scallions, Cabbage, Candied Apples and Yuzu Vinaigrette.
Second course: Ca’Momi Chardonnay paired with Zucchini Pancake topped with House Smoked Salmon and Pear Chutney.
Third course: Ca’Momi Pinot Noir paired with Chilled Tomato and Bread Soup.
Fourth course: Ca’Momi Rosso blend paired with Balsamic Marinated Skirt Steak, Garlic Parmesan Mashed Red Potato and Smoked Onion Strings.
Fifth course: Ca’Momi Cabernet paired with Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Chimichanga with Strawberry Cabernet Sauce.
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required in the Wine and Spirits Department.
Time: Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.
