The Fit and the Foodie will share with you their favorite recipes using fall seasonal foods. Autumn brings chilly weather, football season and several new varieties of fruits and vegetables. This is your chance to get a head-start on what to do with this seasonal fare. Come hungry; we will have several recipes to try.
