Apple Lover's Feast

One of the first foods that comes to mind in fall is apples. Apples are the perfect portable snack all by themselves. Celebrate fall’s bounty with mouthwatering sweet and savory dishes from Chef Jonathan Ricks.
Menu to include wine-poached apples, grilled chicken with apple chutney, Waldorf salad, apple goat cheese pizza.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
