There is no end to the number of impressive dishes you can make with pork!  Join Chef Jonathan Ricks for this great class.  Menu to include apple fennel-stuffed pork loin, pork schnitzel, bacon-wrapped dates, bacon corn chowder.                                                                                                        Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
