Join Rich and unravel the mystery of making the five Mother Sauces. Have fun with history and food in this great class!
Menu to include: béchamel sauce, espagnole sauce, hollandaise sauce, tomato sauce, veloute sauce. Samples of sauces will be served with seafood, meat and vegetables so you will be able to explore the endless uses for these great sauces!
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
