Don't let all that hard work in your summer garden go to waste. Utilizing those herbs in the kitchen will not only flavor your dishes, but can help cut your sodium and calorie intake. We will be using the herbs from our community garden to serve up an entree and two sides to taste along the way. Samples and recipes provided. The date of this class is September 6th, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Chef Stadium.
