Walk through the aisles with our Hy-Vee dietitian, Tracey Shaffer, and learn how to keep your heart healthy through the foods you choose. You will learn about good fats, bad fats and how fiber and antioxidants can lessen your risk for heart disease. Pre-registration is required at least 24 hours prior to the tour.
