If you have ever had a chance to try fresh mozzarella, you know that taste cannot be matched by any other mozzarella out there. Here is an opportunity to learn how to make your own fresh mozzarella. Our delicatessen manager, Craig Vis, will explain the mozzarella-making process and demonstrate how to make this delicious cheese. Participants will get to try their hand at making mozzarella during this interactive class and will leave with a fresh ball of mozzarella and a new handy skill!
