Event Details

Kids will learn the importance of healthy eating through preparing healthy snacks and meals that they are able to prepare themselves. They also will gain exposure to new foods and how to find healthy choices in the grocery store and in their cupboards at home. The goal of the classes is to provide the kids experiences with healthy foods so they are more likely to make healthy food choices. Classes will be held the first Saturday of every month with your Hy-Vee East dietitian Jess!


Cost: $10 per class
