Summer Salads

Location: Hy-Vee Club Room
Type: Cooking Class

These fresh summer salads are anything but ordinary!  Join Chef Paul Luttman for this great class and dig into a crisp, cool salad for a perfect summer meal!

Menu to include: pressed watermelon salad with honey and feta cheese, grilled flank steak with roasted corn salsa and blue cheese vinaigrette, tomato bread salad. 

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.

Club Room Fee:  $17.00 with wine/$14 with no wine
