Seafood Sensation

These delightful treats from the sea are the key to a healthy diet!  Seafood can be surprisingly easy to prepare with these great recipes from Chef Paul Luttman!

Menu to include: seared sea scallops with asparagus and soft polenta, miso glazed salmon with sticky rice and shitake mushrooms, tuna tartar and avocado salad.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
