What Do I Do with That: ideas for some of the less familiar items in the produce section

There are so many great fruits and vegetables in the produce section - but do you ever find yourself wondering what to do with some of the less familiar ones? Chef Dan and Kayla are here to help! Chef Dan will teach you great new ways to utilize the vegetables and Kayla will discuss the great health benefits that they bring to your plate. On the menu is Arugula Fennel Salad, Rosemary Ranch Chicken, Mashed Rutabagas with Crispy Shallots, Glazed Brussels Sprouts and Eggplant Cake.
